Effective: 2026-05-04 · Version 0.1

CCIAF is a structured interpretive framework drawing on multiple intellectual traditions. It is decision-support, not prediction. It does not constitute medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Users in distress should consult qualified professionals. All decisions remain the client's own responsibility.

1. The Nature of CCIAF

The Cross-Civilization Intelligence and Action Framework synthesises five distinct intellectual and symbolic traditions — Vedic, Hellenistic and Persian, Islamic, Chinese (BaZi), and Jungian — into a layered methodology for character analysis, cycle timing, and electional decision-support. CCIAF is the work of an independent author and operator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any religious institution, scholarly body, or single intellectual tradition. References to specific traditions are interpretive; CCIAF does not speak for any tradition, it draws on them within a defined synthesis.

2. Decision-Support, Not Prediction

CCIAF outputs are decision-support, not predictions. They do not state what will happen, what must happen, or what is "destined" to happen. They state, in structured form, what multiple traditional systems indicate about a configuration of inputs at a given moment, and how — under the framework's calibrated decision logic — those indications resolve into a recommendation for the case at hand.

You must not interpret CCIAF outputs as guarantees, forecasts, or assurances of any future event, condition, behaviour, or outcome. The future is not predictable, and CCIAF does not claim to predict it.

3. No Medical, Psychiatric, or Health Advice

CCIAF outputs are not medical, psychiatric, or mental-health advice; not diagnosis; not treatment.

Where engagement deliverables discuss psychological correlations, those correlations are derived from symbolic, analytic, and traditional interpretive systems. They:

If you are experiencing or suspect you may be experiencing a medical or psychiatric condition, consult a qualified, licensed practitioner. Do not rely on CCIAF outputs in lieu of medical consultation. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read in or hear from CCIAF. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services in your jurisdiction.

4. No Legal Advice

CCIAF outputs are not legal advice. They do not establish, modify, or govern any legal rights or obligations. The advisory engagement does not create an attorney-client relationship. For matters involving the law — contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation — consult a qualified, licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

5. No Financial, Tax, or Investment Advice

CCIAF outputs are not financial, tax, investment, or business advice. The framework's electional and timing analyses are interpretive and may inform your thinking; they do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, transact, or refrain from any financial activity. For decisions involving money, taxes, investments, or business strategy, consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or licensed professional appropriate to your situation.

6. No Crisis-Support Use

CCIAF is not designed for, and may not be used as, support for users in active mental-health crisis, including users experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or harm to others. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis line in your region immediately. CCIAF cannot safely substitute for, and must not delay, professional crisis response.

7. The Risk Awareness Layer

The Risk Awareness Layer (Layer V) is activated only at the senior-engagement tier, by explicit client request, and after written acknowledgement of this Disclaimer. For individuals, it surfaces constitutional vulnerability windows under traditional symbolic frameworks. For institutions, it surfaces stress periods derived from founding-date analysis. All Layer V output is symbolic and non-clinical. Nothing in any Layer V output should be read as a prediction of illness, injury, death, financial collapse, or any specific outcome.

8. The Conflict Resolution Codex

The Conflict Resolution Codex (CRC) is the founder's calibrated decision logic. It is not an algorithm published for external audit, nor a transparent ruleset open to client revision. The five traditions broadly agree on the underlying energies of a given period; their disagreements live in interpretation and weight. Reconciling those disagreements is the founder's work, drawn from a decade of practice and contextual judgement. Clients receive a single recommendation, a stated confidence rating, and a brief reasoning summary. The underlying calibration remains the founder's intellectual property and is not disclosed.

9. Confidence Ratings

Where a CCIAF output carries a confidence rating, that rating reflects the framework's calibrated agreement among the contributing traditions for the case at hand. It is not a statistical probability, a backtested win-rate, or any form of empirical forecast. Confidence ratings are interpretive aids; they do not warrant or insure any outcome.

10. No Warranties

CCIAF deliverables are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCIAF disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. The framework does not warrant that any particular outcome will occur or that any specific decision will succeed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCIAF, its operator, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of CCIAF outputs or your reliance on them in any decision. Aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

12. Independent Judgement

Engagement of CCIAF does not transfer decision-making authority away from the client. All decisions — strategic, financial, medical, legal, personal — remain the client's own. CCIAF deliverables are one input among many.

13. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction set out in the Terms of Engagement. Where mandatory consumer-protection or professional-conduct laws of your jurisdiction apply, those laws prevail to the extent of any conflict.

14. Acknowledgement

By initiating an enquiry, entering into an engagement, or using any CCIAF output, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer.
